Inhale arms up to the heavens, exhale and reach higher
Inhale as you reach to one side
Step back into a lunge
Straighten both legs as your hands float to the floor/chair/counter
In lunge, reach fingers towards the heavens then let the thumb lead you into a tiny backbend
Add a twist to the lunge by looking toward your thumb as you reach behind you, turning the belly button to the front knee
