Meet Clara

First and foremost I am a creative; a professional actor, writer, and audio producer. As a creative professional, it is essential I stay open to the human experience so that I can reflect it back through my craft. The tools of yoga are a big part of that process.

A 500-hour certified yoga teacher, my creativity coaching is infused with mindful movement and breathing practices that support the creative process.

I bring a robust knowledge of anatomy and the psychology of yoga to the trauma-informed practices I offer. 

In addition to yoga, I fuel my creativity through nature, walks – especially with my trusty pup, Copper – and coffee. Strong coffee!
