The Coronavirus pandemic has created massive disruption to our daily lives. Here in Kentucky, the schools are shuttered, many things are cancelled or closed, and shelves are empty of everything from toilet paper to ramen noodles to chicken and tofu.

Really – tofu?!

If you are unable to attend your regular classes – or maybe you don\’t have regular classes and you\’d like to try this yoga-thing – join me online. I have free classes, $5 classes, and private sessions available.

Yoga in its physical practice is a great way to stay healthy. We\’ll move our bodies and work out the frustrations and cooped-up feelings we may be experiencing as we settle in for extended periods of at-home time.

Yoga in its heart and mind practice is a great way to stay mentally and emotionally healthy. We\’ll learn to find stillness in the swirl of thoughts and feelings we\’re all coping with right now.
